P-channel 4-terminal pair

by ourcircuits

7 parts

The complementary halves of the four-terminal family, both driven by one 200 Hz clock. The P-MOSFET switches a high-side load with its BODY pin tied to the source — the wiring every real high-side P-FET needs, because a body left at the wrong potential turns the intrinsic body diode into a permanent leakage path. Beside it a 4-terminal PNP switches its own load with the substrate tied to the emitter rail. Both body and substrate are real terminals the device models read, not decoration.
