Battery high-side gate

The high-side switch wired the way a battery pack actually uses it, with an LED standing in for the load. The 100 k pull-up holds the P-channel gate at the rail — off — until the switch pulls it down; that default-off behaviour is the whole safety argument for putting the FET on the high side.
